Homer (Dan Castellaneta) dumps a silo of pig waste into Springfield's river, and the EPA responds by sealing the entire town under a massive dome. The Simpson family escapes to Alaska while the rest of Springfield turns on them, forcing Homer to sneak back and try to save his home before the government destroys it. In the end, Homer has to choose between his own survival and his family, and he chooses the only way he knows how.
