The Sixth Child

Franck (Damien Bonnard) runs a scrap business, and he and Meriem (Judith Chemla) already have five children, a sixth on the way, and bills they can't cover. Across town, the lawyers Anna (Sara Giraudeau) and Julien (Benjamin Lavernhe) have tried for years to have a child and can't, so the two couples come to an arrangement. Léopold Legrand sets the junkyard and the polished law offices side by side, and the film ends on Meriem, hand resting on her belly.
