“Bring a bib, it's gonna get messy.”

Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon (Michael Clarke Duncan) is a former heavyweight champion who now runs a Miami restaurant, and he is not a man who lets a slow night pass. He tells his waiters that whoever earns the most in tips by closing wins $10,000. Kevin Heffernan directs the staff, including Rich (Heffernan) and Connor (Steve Lemme), and the one who finishes last gets a beating from the champ himself.
