The Snow White Murder Case

Yuji Akahoshi (Go Ayano), a television director, wants to know what happened to Miki Shirono (Mao Inoue), a plain, quiet woman who disappears the same week a beautiful colleague at her cosmetics company is found dead. Yoshihiro Nakamura follows him through one interview after another, each giving a different account of the woman they thought they knew. Miki's photograph stays on the desk beside the notes, unchanged while the stories around it grow.
