The Son of a Thousand Men

A light comes over a small village, and Crisóstomo (Rodrigo Santoro), a fisherman who has always wanted a son, cannot stop following it. Daniel Rezende lets it lead him toward the neighbors he has long kept his distance from, each one carrying a secret buried for years. Alongside Crisóstomo are the young Camilo (Miguel Martines) and Isaura (Rebeca Jamir), people who have also gone without someone, and the bond among them forms slowly.
