The Soul Eater

Children keep vanishing from a small mountain village, and bloody murders follow, until an old legend smelling of sulphur starts to surface again. Commander Élisabeth Guardiano (Virginie Ledoyen) and gendarmerie captain Franck De Rolan (Paul Hamy) are forced to work the case together and dig toward whatever is behind it. Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury, adapting Alexis Laipsker's novel, let the investigation tighten around the village a little at a time.
