The Sound of Silence

Peter Lucian (Peter Sarsgaard) is a house tuner in New York City, a man hired to adjust the sound inside people's homes so that the people living there feel better. His work runs on quiet appointments and careful listening, until a client, Ellen Chasen (Rashida Jones), arrives with a problem he can't solve. Michael Tyburski keeps the two of them in the same rooms, and what grows between them is slow and unspoken.
