The Souvenir: Part II

In 1980s London, the film student Julie (Honor Swinton Byrne) is trying to begin her graduation film after the end of a relationship with an older man who told her stories that were not true. Joanna Hogg follows her into the cramped sets and rehearsals, where Julie builds the film from her own life and tries to separate what happened from what she was told. Making the film becomes the way she works out what that love was.
