The Spine of Night

On a world so old its ages have no names, a warrior-queen named Tzod (Lucy Lawless) climbs to a frozen peak to confront a Guardian (Richard E. Grant) who tends a strange and terrible bloom. Philip Gelatt and Morgan Galen King draw its heroes from many eras and cultures, each one called to stop the dark magic that has fallen into the wrong hands. Power taken for one person's ambition leaves the whole world to pay for it.
