The Spitfire Grill

“To a town with no future, comes a girl with a past.”

Percy Talbott (Alison Elliott) steps out of prison and takes a bus to Gillead, a small town she picked because she wanted somewhere to start over. Hannah Ferguson (Ellen Burstyn), who runs the Spitfire Grill, gives her a job, and Lee David Zlotoff follows what happens once a stranger is working the counter. Some in town grow from having her there, others turn resentful and afraid, and Percy has nowhere else to go.
