The Steamroller and the Violin

Why does a seven-year-old in a well-off Moscow neighborhood walk around so quiet, violin case in hand, flinching at the other kids? Sasha (Igor Fomchenko) practices every day because his parents want it, and it has made him withdrawn. Then he meets Sergei (Vladimir Zamanskiy), who drives a steamroller on the street outside, and the two become friends, a boy and a worker with little in common except that each seems glad of the other.
