The Strange Ones

Nick (Alex Pettyfer) wants this to look like an ordinary trip, two brothers driving through a remote stretch of America, and he keeps the boy beside him, Sam (James Freedson-Jackson), close and calm. Directors Lauren Wolkstein and Christopher Radcliff let small inconsistencies in what the brothers say start to pile up. Nick drives on with Sam in the passenger seat, and neither of them looks at the road behind.
