The Stranger

“The closer you get...”

Mark Frame (Joel Edgerton) and Henry Teague (Sean Harris) meet on a long drive through Australia and fall into an easy conversation, though neither is who he says he is. Thomas M. Wright, adapting Kate Kyriacou's account of the Daniel Morcombe case, follows Mark as he works his way into the suspect's confidence while police detectives close in behind them. Henry sits across from him in the car, quiet and patient, and Mark keeps talking.
