“If you've got to fight - fight dirty!”

It's 1974, and the Japanese underworld has plenty of work for a mercenary who answers to no one. Takuma Tsurugi (Sonny Chiba) is that man, and he ends up facing the government, the police, the mafia and an international kidnapping ring, all with designs on a young heiress and her millions. Shigehiro Ozawa's film became the first in the US to get an X rating for violence alone, and Chiba plays Tsurugi with his jaw set and his fists already moving.
