The Summer of Sangaile

Sangaile (Julija Steponaitytė) is seventeen, spending the summer at her parents' lakeside villa, and what she wants most is to fly, though the idea of it frightens her. Then she meets Auste (Aistė Diržiūtė) at a nearby aeronautical show, a free-spirited girl who is drawn to her at once. Alantė Kavaitė makes this a story about how fear and desire can sit in the same body, and how one can loosen the other.
