The Sunchaser

“I drop you. I could care less.”

Dr. Michael Reynolds (Woody Harrelson), a successful oncologist, is taken hostage in his own car by Brandon "Blue" Monroe (Jon Seda), a young half-Navajo convict with terminal cancer. Blue wants to be driven to a lake he believes can heal him. Michael Cimino sends them across the desert together, the doctor who trusts only his science and the patient who trusts only the water, each one the other's captive.
