Tenants in a large New York apartment building keep going missing, and nobody seems able to say where they went. Phil Logan (Patrick John Flueger) takes the job as the building's new superintendent, and Walter (Val Kilmer) is the man who has been there ahead of him. Stephan Rick keeps the two men in the same narrow spaces, and what passes between them is never quite trust.
