The Swan

A prince is coming to the palace unannounced, and Princess Beatrix (Jessie Royce Landis) is counting on her daughter to charm him before the family's royal standing runs out. Princess Alexandra (Grace Kelly) tries, but Prince Albert (Alec Guinness) would rather visit the dairy than walk her rose garden. Charles Vidor lets the ball that night reveal who Alexandra actually dances best with.
