The Sweet East

“Everything will happen.”

On a school trip to Washington, D.C., Lillian (Talia Ryder), a teenager from South Carolina, slips away from her class and into the East Coast. Sean Price Williams, making his directorial debut from a screenplay by Nick Pinkerton, sends her through a string of strangers and sects, each one eager to win her over. She drifts from one to the next, and Caleb (Earl Cave) is the first to take her in.
