(2002)Directed by Roger Kumble84 min · RRomance, Comedy

“A romantic comedy without the sugar.”

Christina (Cameron Diaz) has spent years steering clear of anything serious, until one night out with her girlfriends she meets Peter (Thomas Jane) and lowers her guard. Then he leaves town, and she and Courtney (Christina Applegate) set out after him. Roger Kumble keeps the focus on the two women, whose loyalty to each other holds steady the whole way.
