“Behind bars there is no mercy.”

The authorities cannot explain what is really going on inside a notoriously dangerous prison. Terry Savage (Tyrese Gibson), a young soldier newly home from war, gets swept up in a drug bust, then is recruited to go in undercover and find out. Dallas Jackson puts him behind the walls with Warden Lucas (Jeremy Piven) watching, and Terry has to hold his cover with nobody he can trust.
