The Taking of Beverly Hills

“The richest city in the world. Shut down. Ripped off. Blown up.”

In 1991, a chemical spill empties Beverly Hills, and the whole city is evacuated at gunpoint. Football star Boomer Hayes (Ken Wahl) is still inside, and he learns the toxic gas is a cover for ex-cops looting the neighborhood. Sidney J. Furie puts Boomer beside Ed Kelvin (Matt Frewer), a cop who nearly joined the crew, and with the mayor dead, the two have no one to call.
