The Tale of Zatoichi Continues

Zatoichi (Shintarō Katsu), the blind masseur and swordsman, wants to put down his blade and be left alone, so he returns to the village where he killed Hirate, an opponent he admired, a year before. Kazuo Mori follows him there, where he meets another swordsman, a former rival in love. The old grief has not settled, and a man who only wants peace is drawn back toward the sword.
