“After a decade of silence... the buzzz is back.”

Lieutenant "Lefty" Enright (Dennis Hopper) is a former Texas Marshal hunting the cannibal family that destroyed his niece and nephew. Radio host Stretch (Caroline Williams) is next in their path, taken by Leatherface (Bill Johnson) and a household that includes Drayton Sawyer (Jim Siedow), a chili cook, and Chop Top (Bill Moseley). Tobe Hooper stages the horror as a family business, with Lefty and Stretch caught between them.
