The Thing from Another World

“Natural or Supernatural?”

At a remote Arctic research outpost, a team of scientists and US Air Force officials is cut off from the world by ice. Captain Patrick Hendry (Kenneth Tobey) and Dr. Arthur Carrington (Robert Cornthwaite) have to deal with a blood-thirsty alien organism now loose among them. Christian Nyby keeps the action indoors and the cast talking over one another, so the whole film plays out in the cramped quarters of the base.
