The Thing with Feathers

Dad (Benedict Cumberbatch) only wants to get his two young sons through each day after their mother's death, and the apartment they share keeps slipping out of his control. A strange presence starts to stalk him from the dark corners of the rooms, and the film gives it the voice of David Thewlis. Dylan Southern shoots the flat so closely that the shadows feel like part of the household.
