The Thomas Crown Affair

A Boston bank is robbed of millions, and the men who carried it out cannot name the person who planned it. Insurance investigator Vicki Anderson (Faye Dunaway) is hired to find him, and her attention settles on Thomas Crown (Steve McQueen), a wealthy, easygoing bank executive. Norman Jewison sets the two across a chessboard, and Vicki has her career riding on proving what she suspects.
