“A hunter's fight to protect.”

In 1925, with Korea under Japanese rule, the colonial authorities order that the last tiger in the mountains be killed. The animal outfights every party sent after him, until they turn to Man-deok (Choi Min-sik), a legendary hunter, and Park Hoon-jung sets the two against each other. If Man-deok fails, the tiger is the last of his kind, and no one is left to hunt him.
