The Tiger of Eschnapur

Harald Berger (Paul Hubschmid), a German architect, travels to Eschnapur to build schools and hospitals for the Maharadjaj Chandra (Walther Reyer). On the road he saves Seetha (Debra Paget), the temple dancer the Maharajah has chosen for himself, and the two fall in love. Fritz Lang returned to Germany to make this, and the friendship between the two men is where the danger sits.
