The Tough Ones

“Three young men rob a bank. Only two of them are caught. What will happen when they return to their home town?”

Jussi Murikka (Samuli Edelmann) and Antti Karhu (Juha Veijonen) step out of jail after serving time for a bank robbery, with no real plan for what comes next. Teemu, the third man in that robbery, was never convicted and has since become a policeman in their small Pohjanmaa town, where he tries to help them settle. Aleksi Mäkelä follows the two friends as they start a black market liquor business, and the road in front of them seems to run back toward the jail.
