The Tower

Wardi, eleven, goes through her family's home to make sense of the will her great-grandfather Sidi (Michalis Koutsogiannakis) has left, which tells her to look to the past to find the future. She stops at each relative, and each one hands her a memory of the Palestinian homeland they lost. Mats Grorud builds the film on one plain idea: a place can live on in the people who carry it.
