The Toxic Avenger Part II

“The first super-hero from New Jersey is back!”

Why does a mop-wielding mutant from New Jersey end up in Tokyo, and who is waiting for him there? The Toxic Avenger (John Altamura) is the same Melvin Junko who fell into a vat of toxic waste, now headed overseas to meet his father. Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman set the trip against Claire (Phoebe Legere), a blind woman he cares about, and a corporate chairman who wants him gone.
