“The Most Remarkable Motion Picture Ever Made!”

Josef K. (Anthony Perkins) wakes to find two men in his room who say he is under arrest, though no one will tell him the charge. Orson Welles, who also appears as the lawyer Albert Hastler, follows him from office to court to attic, each place more crowded with strangers and paperwork than the last. K. insists on his innocence, and with the nature of the crime unknown, his life is what's at stake.
