The Trial

“Arrested and Prosecuted. But for what, he does not know.”

Two strange men are standing in Josef K's room when he wakes one morning, and they tell him he is under arrest. Josef K (Kyle MacLachlan) is given no charge, and he is still free to go to work, but the court that has named him turns out to be very real. David Hugh Jones follows him as he tries to get ahead of a verdict, from Doctor Huld (Jason Robards) to the Priest (Anthony Hopkins), and every answer he gets is a door closing quietly.
