The Turning

“A unique cinema event.”

Davo (James Fraser) is a young man in a small Australian coastal town, one of the ordinary people at the center of Tim Winton's linked stories. Seventeen directors, among them Marieka Walsh and Warwick Thornton, each take a single chapter, so the same faces return in different hands. Davo, Biggie (Henri Phillips) and Meg (Nikita Leigh-Pritchard) keep crossing each other's paths, and every meeting shifts what they owe one another.
