The Twilight Saga: New Moon

“Forbidden to remember. Terrified to forget.”

Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is stuck in Forks, Washington, after Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) leaves, and the only person who makes the days bearable is Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), a friend who turns out to be a werewolf. Her need to be near Edward pushes her toward riskier things, and she is soon caught up in an old fight between vampires and wolves. Chris Weitz films Forks in washed-out autumn light, so the loneliness reads on every face.
