“The Adult Vampire Sex Comedy!”

In 1971, a Transylvanian castle passes to Betty Williams (Pia Degermark), an American actress who has no idea her ancestor was a vampire countess named Clarimonde. The countess has already climbed out of her tomb and started on the nearby village and its Catholic seminary, and Freddie Francis plays the gothic trappings for a straight-faced laugh. Betty drifts through the place in her actress's finery, and everyone around her keeps noticing the family resemblance.
