The Walk

“Every dream begins with a single step”

In 1974, Philippe Petit (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is a young French wire walker who has fixed on one impossible goal: stringing a cable between the two towers of the World Trade Center. Robert Zemeckis follows him from the streets of Paris to New York, where he gathers a crew, among them Jean-Louis (Clément Sibony) and J.P. (James Badge Dale). The one who matters most is Annie Allix (Charlotte Le Bon), who believes in him before anyone else does.
