The War of the Roses

“Once in a lifetime comes a motion picture that makes you feel like falling in love all over again. This is not that movie.”

Oliver (Michael Douglas) and Barbara Rose (Kathleen Turner) have the big house, the money, the two kids, and a marriage everyone around them envies. Then Barbara looks at her life without Oliver and finds she likes it, and neither of them will agree to leave the house. Danny DeVito also plays their divorce lawyer, D'Amato, who sits between them as they fight over every possession, and the house itself is what's at stake.
