The Warden

“Is prison where one can be hidden?!”

In 1967, Major Nemat Jahed (Navid Mohammadzadeh) is emptying an old prison in southern Iran, moving every inmate to a new site because the city's airport is growing toward its walls. Nima Javidi keeps the transfer tight and procedural, with Jahed and his agents counting heads through the corridors. One prisoner is missing, and the major has only hours to account for him before the building is cleared and the record is closed.
