A mysterious chest opens a gateway through time and pulls Jack (Uriah Shelton), a teenage gamer, into an ancient empire ruled by a cruel barbarian king. Matthias Hoene sends him into battle beside the princess Su Lin (Ni Ni), with nothing to rely on but the reflexes he built playing games. The film treats those hours at a screen as real training, and Jack has to learn whether skill can turn into courage.
