The Way Home

“Discover the magical movie that has captured the heart of a nation.”

A boy of seven is dropped at a remote village, left with a grandmother he has never met, who cannot speak a word to him. Sang-woo (Yoo Seung-ho) has only the city to measure her by, and the old woman (Kim Eul-boon) has lived her whole life in these hills. Lee Jeong-hyang puts the two under one roof, where a stubborn child and a silent woman have to find some way to live together.
