The Wayward Girl

In Norway in 1959, Gerd (Liv Ullmann) is a young woman the town has already decided about. She falls for Anders (Atle Merton), whose family will not accept her, so the two leave and settle in a cabin in the woods. Edith Carlmar follows them there, where a sullen man (Rolf Søder) tests how far the love between Gerd and Anders will stretch.
