“This is a story about love and money… but actually about love for money”

A small town in present-day Poland, and a wedding reception for Kasia, the daughter of the wealthy Wiesław Wojnar (Marian Dziędziel). Wojnar has already paid for the groom with a fancy car, since Kasia is pregnant by another man. Wojtek Smarzowski follows him through the evening as the gangster who delivered the car demands his money, the workers want paying, and Wojnar haggles over every bill.
