The White Buffalo

“Two legendary enemies unite to fight the charging white beast!!”

Wild Bill Hickok (Charles Bronson) rides west with a recurring dream of a white buffalo, and he means to find the animal and kill it. His search takes him through filthy makeshift taverns, frozen frontier towns and bare high country, where he ends up with a young Crazy Horse (Will Sampson) as an unlikely partner. J. Lee Thompson films the West as a cold, dim, hard place, in the manner of a story about a man chasing his own obsession.
