The White Reindeer

“Finland's greatest horror film!”

In a remote Arctic village of reindeer herders, Pirita (Mirjami Kuosmanen) has just married Aslak (Kalervo Nissilä), who is away with the herd for most of each week. Left alone, she goes to a shaman, and he gives her a potion that will make men want her. Erik Blomberg's film is about how loneliness can turn into a hunger that nobody around her can survive.
