Su-hyeon (Chae Min-seo) is dying of cancer, and the hair she lost to treatment is the first thing she misses. Her sister Ji-hyeon (Yu Seon) gives her a wig, and Su-hyeon puts it on. Won Shin-yun follows what comes after from Ji-hyeon's side, watching her sister's behavior change, with Su-hyeon in the hospital bed and the wig on her head.
