“It took a bunch of girls to make him man up.”

Why would a high school hand its girls basketball team to Bill (Sam Rockwell), a washed-up former coach who now spends his days stuck in a job he doesn't care about? Jim Strouse puts him in a gym with a handful of mismatched players, including Abby (Emma Roberts) and Kathy (Emily Rios), and a friend, Terry (Rob Corddry), who keeps showing up. For Bill, it's the last real chance to redeem himself as a coach.
