“Reincarnation... is it a myth or a fact? The unbelievable becomes truth!”

Sergio Logan (Richard Johnson), a historian, takes a job in a castle library to translate a collection of ancient erotic texts. Damiano Damiani, adapting Carlos Fuentes's novel Aura, fills the old rooms with the pull of Aura (Rosanna Schiaffino), who lives in the castle. The books stay open on the desk, and Sergio keeps reading, sure by now that a supernatural force in the walls is reading him back.
