“The killer is out there.”

Sang-hoon (Lee Sung-min) is an ordinary man who wants only to get through his days without trouble. Then he sees a cruel murder, and he says nothing. Cho Kyu-jang follows him as Officer Jae-yeop (Kim Sang-ho) starts asking questions, and Soo-jin (Jin Kyung) is there to watch it all happen. Sang-hoon sits very still, saying less each time he's asked.
